I AM grateful to be doing the 30 day challenge, and am feeling a sense of calmness in my being ,as i have never felt before. I AM also working with the color rays of each day by wearing the corresponding color, and wearing the crystal of the day. I find this reminds me throughout the day which Ascended Master is closest to me, and which personality traits ” we” are working on that day.

the people and planet with certain qualities. There is a wonderful book called Chela and the Path by El Morya that describes the rays, if you have not read it.

Basically, the violet flame is a very high frequency of sacred energy, it is the energy of the Holy Spirit, and it consumes the lower negative emotions,symptoms,etc. Try it Seymour!
